The invention belongs to the technical field of tire manufacturing, and particularly relates to an anti-sticking agent, a preparation method and a self-repairing tire with an anti-sticking inner surface. The anti-sticking agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-75 parts of a solvent, 2-5 parts of fatty acid and/or fatty acid salt, 2-5 parts of dimethyl siloxane, 2-5 parts of poloxamer and 4-10 parts of a dispersing agent. The anti-sticking agent provided by the invention is good in anti-sticking property, the viscosity of the surface of a sealant layer can be remarkably reduced, so that mosquitoes, cockroaches, mice and other foreign matters cannot be stuck when being in contact with the self-repairing tire sealant, packaging is not needed in the transportation and storage processes, and the loss of manpower and material resources is reduced; the fatty acid and the fatty acid salt have corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and can prevent peroxide on the surface of the aged sealant from chemically reacting with amines released by the tire body after being sprayed on the sealant layer, so that the service life of the tire body and the service life of the sealant layer are prolonged.

    本发明属于轮胎制造技术领域,具体涉及一种防粘剂、制备方法及内表面防粘的自修复轮胎。防粘剂包括以下重量份的组分:溶剂60‑75份、脂肪酸和/或脂肪酸盐2‑5份、二甲基硅氧烷2‑5份、泊洛沙姆2‑5份和分散剂4‑10份。本发明提供的防粘剂防粘性好,能够显著降低密封胶层表面的粘度,使蚊虫、蟑螂、老鼠等异物接触到自修复轮胎密封胶时不会被粘住,运输和仓储过程无需包装,减少人力物力损耗;脂肪酸和脂肪酸盐具有防腐性和抗氧化性,喷涂在密封胶层能够防止密封胶老化后表面的过氧化物与轮胎本体释放的胺类发生化学反应,延长轮胎本体和密封胶层的使用寿命。
