The invention relates to a crane power assembly which is characterized in that a wheel comprises a cylindrical hub, an inner gear ring is arranged on the inner surface of the hub, a planetary speed reduction module is arranged in the hub, and the planetary speed reduction module comprises a central rotating shaft, a primary planet carrier, a secondary planet carrier, a primary sun gear and a secondary sun gear; planet gears on the first-stage planet carrier and the second-stage planet carrier are meshed with an inner gear ring of the hub; one end of the central rotating shaft is rotatably fixed in the center of the shaft seal end cover, the primary planet carrier and the secondary sun gear are both arranged on the central rotating shaft in a sleeving manner, the secondary sun gear is fixedly connected with the primary planet carrier, and a spiral oil guide blade corresponding to a central shaft hole of the secondary sun gear is further arranged on the central rotating shaft; the size of the crane walking mechanism can be effectively reduced; the spiral oil guide blades can enable lubricating oil on the two sides of the secondary sun gear to axially circulate, so that circulating flow of the lubricating oil in the wheel can be remarkably improved, and lubrication and heat dissipation are reliable in the rotating process of the wheel.

    本发明涉及一种起重机动力组件,车轮包括筒状的轮毂,轮毂的内表面开设有内齿圈,轮毂内装设有行星减速模组,所述行星减速模组包括中心转轴、一级行星架、二级行星架、一级太阳轮和二级太阳轮,所述一级行星架、所述二级行星架上的行星轮均与所述轮毂的内齿圈啮合;中心转轴的一端可转动地固定在轴封端盖的中心,所述一级行星架、所述二级太阳轮均套设在中心转轴上且二级太阳轮与一级行星架固定相连,中心转轴上还设有与二级太阳轮的中心轴孔对应的螺旋导油叶片;本申请能有效减小起重机行走机构的体积;螺旋导油叶片可使得二级太阳轮两侧的润滑油轴向流通,由此可显著改善车轮内润滑油的循环流动,使得车轮转动过程中润滑、散热可靠。
