A drive component (1) comprises a first rotating part (2) and a second rotating part (3) designed to rotate together about a common centerline and to rotate relative to each other about said centerline. The drive member further comprises a rotation limiter (5) limiting rotation between the two rotating parts, the rotation limiter being designed such that when the first rotating part is driven in rotation, the rotation limiter (5) restricts rotation between the two rotating parts. The first rotating part rotates together with the second rotating part at an angular position (i.e., a bearing angle) determined by the rotation limiter after passing through the free angular travel. The rotation limiter comprises an indexer (36) energized by rotation of the first and/or second rotating element such that, in successive drive cycles on the drive element, the first rotating element is driven from rest to rotation and again after including the second rotating element.
