The invention provides a suspension arm bush capable of selectively improving vibration noise performance and riding comfort performance. A suspension arm bush (1) is provided with coils (31, 32). The first magnetorheological elastic bodies (21) are provided on both sides of the cylinder (13) in the axial direction so as to sandwich the coils (31, 32). The second magnetorheological elastic body (22) is provided in the cylindrical body (13) so as to be sandwiched by the coils (31, 32). The control unit (42) selectively switches the magnetic fields generated by the coils (31, 32) to the same direction or the opposite direction.
