In order to ensure that the winding drum can uniformly wind the steel wire rope, a gear transmission pair, a lead screw transmission pair and a guide rail sliding block mechanism are introduced on the synchronous lifting mechanism, rotation of the winding drum is transmitted to a lead screw nut through the gear transmission pair, and the lead screw nut drives the synchronous lifting mechanism to move in the axial direction of a lead screw while rotating. Under the cooperation of the fixed pulley, the steel wire rope is uniformly and spirally wound along the winding drum, and the servo motor accurately controls the rotating speed of the winding drum, so that the control on the lifting speed can be realized, and the synchronous lifting of a plurality of synchronous lifting mechanisms is further realized.
本发明为一种大行程同步提升装置,根据实际提升工况采用两台或多台同步提升机构分别负责一处挂点的提升,可满足大体积、重载、大行程的提升工况。同步提升机构采用伺服电机作为动力源,经减速器减速增扭之后驱动卷扬筒实现对钢丝绳的缠绕实现大行程提升。为了确保卷扬筒能够均匀缠绕钢丝绳,在同步提升机构上引入了齿轮传动副、丝杠传动副和导轨滑块机构,卷扬筒的转动经齿轮副传递给丝杠螺母,丝杠螺母一边转动一边带动同步提升机构沿丝杠轴向移动。在定滑轮的配合下,钢丝绳沿着卷扬筒进行均匀地螺旋缠绕,加之伺服电机对卷扬筒转速的精确控制可实现对提升速度的控制,进而实现多台同步提升机构的同步提升。
