The invention relates to the field of cranes, and provides a superlift device and an operating machine, the superlift device comprises a superlift mast, a superlift pull plate connected with the top end of the superlift mast, and a superlift counterweight connected with the bottom end of the superlift pull plate. The superlift counterweight comprises a superlift trolley and a counterweight tray. The superlift trolley is a crawler-type walking trolley, and the superlift trolley is provided with a containing space used for containing the first balancing weight. And the counterweight tray is arranged above the superlift lower vehicle and connected with the superlift lower vehicle, and the counterweight tray is used for placing the second counterweight block. According to the arrangement, the crawler-type superlift trolley is adopted, walking is convenient, the grounding area is large, the grounding specific pressure is small, the requirement for the ground is low, and cost and time cost input are reduced. Meanwhile, the balancing weights are distributed in a scattered mode, the balancing weights can be placed on the superlift trolley, the number of the balancing weights on the balancing weight tray is correspondingly reduced, the overall height of the trolley is reduced, and the overall stability of the trolley is improved.

    本发明涉及起重机领域,提供一种超起装置及作业机械,包括超起桅杆和与超起桅杆的顶端相连接的超起拉板,还包括与超起拉板的底端相连接的超起配重。超起配重包括超起下车和配重托盘。超起下车为履带式行走车,且超起下车设有用于容纳第一配重块的容置空间。配重托盘设置于超起下车的上方且与超起下车相连接,配重托盘用于放置第二配重块。如此设置,采用为履带式的超起下车,不仅行走方便,而且接地面积大,接地比压小,对地面要求较低,减少费用和时间成本投入。同时将配重块分散布置,超起下车也可放置配重块,相应减少配重托盘上的配重块数量,降低了小车的整体高度,增加小车的整体稳定性。
