The invention discloses a profile steel hoisting method, and aims to overcome the defects that trial hoisting is needed in the profile steel hoisting process, the working efficiency is reduced, and the stability is poor in the hoisting process. The method comprises the following steps that S1, hoisting equipment is moved to a profile steel hoisting position; a lifting rope is arranged on the lifting equipment; s2, a lifting tool is connected to the lifting rope, the lifting tool comprises a lifting seat, two pull ropes and two lifting heads, the two pull ropes are symmetrically connected to the lifting seat, and the two pull ropes are connected with the two lifting heads correspondingly; s3, the two lifting heads are connected with the two ends of the profile steel correspondingly; s4, the hoisting equipment is started to hoist the profile steel, the profile steel is lifted upwards and transversely moved to the target position, and balance is kept in the profile steel lifting and moving process; and S5, the profile steel is hoisted to the target position, after the profile steel is lowered in place, the hoisting head is detached, and the hoisting equipment hoists the hoisting tool to lower the profile steel to prepare hoisting of the next profile steel. And stable hoisting operation of the profile steel can be ensured without trial hoisting in the profile steel hoisting process.

    本发明公开了一种型钢的吊装方法,旨在解决型钢吊装过程中需要进行试吊,降低了工作效率,而且吊装过程中平稳性不佳的不足。该发明包括以下步骤:S1,将吊装设备移动到型钢起吊位置;吊装设备上设置吊绳;S2,在吊绳上连接起吊工装,起吊工装包括起吊座、两对称连接在起吊座上的拉绳、两起吊头,两拉绳分别与两起吊头连接;S3,将两起吊头分别与型钢的两端连接;S4,吊装设备启动吊起型钢,型钢向上升起并横向移动到目标位置,型钢升起和移动过程中保持平衡;S5,型钢吊装到目标位置,下放型钢到位后,拆下起吊头,吊装设备吊着起吊工装下放准备下一型钢的吊装。型钢吊装过程不需要进行试吊即可保证型钢的平稳吊装运行。
