The invention discloses an air inlet channel assembly of an air suction type ECR ion thruster, the air inlet channel assembly mainly comprises an air inlet channel inlet (1) shown in figure 1, an air inlet channel (2) and a cut-off device (3), and the specific structure of the cut-off device is shown in figure 2. The diameter of an original air inlet channel is enlarged to a specific diameter, so that the flow supply of the thruster is ensured, and meanwhile, the pressure required for maintaining the flow supply is reduced. The grid diameter, the grid thickness, the grid number, the grid hole distribution mode, the grid hole diameter, the grid hole number and the grid hole distance in the cut-off device are reasonably selected, the influence of the cut-off device on propellant supply is reduced, and meanwhile microwave energy leakage is reduced. The air inlet channel assembly is used in cooperation with the ECR ion thruster, and the supply pressure intensity of propellants of the ECR ion thruster can be reduced.

    本发明公开了一种吸气式ECR离子推力器的进气道组件,该进气道组件主要有如图1所示的进气道入口(1)、进气道(2)和截止装置(3),其中截止装置的具体结构如图2所示。将原进气道直径扩大至特定直径,保证推力器流量供给,同时减少维持该流量供给所需的压强。合理选择截止装置中栅格直径、栅格厚度、栅格数量、栅格孔的分布方式、栅格孔直径、栅格开孔数目、栅格孔间距,降低截止装置对推进剂供给的影响,同时减少微波能量的泄露。该进气道组件与ECR离子推力器配合使用,可以降低ECR离子推力器推进剂的供给压强。
