    本发明公开了一种电动SUV的专用铝合金后副车架,左纵梁上分别设置有车体左前安装衬套以及车体后衬套,右纵梁分别设置有车体右前安装衬套以及车体后衬套,后横梁上设置有后悬置套管,所述左纵梁以及右纵梁通过铸造成型,前横梁以及后横梁通过挤压成型,左纵梁、前横梁、右纵梁、后横梁的材质均为铝;左纵梁和右纵梁经切削形成有用于安装多连杆悬架的第一安装部;左纵梁和右纵梁经切削形成有用于安装调节杆的第二安装部;左纵梁的一端与前横梁的一端焊接,右纵梁的一端与前横梁的另一端焊接,左纵梁的另一端与后横梁的一端焊接,右纵梁的另一端与后横梁的另一端焊接。本发明能在保证使用性能的前提下,降低整车簧下质量。
