The invention discloses a wheel speed availability judgment method and device and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: determining wheel speed data; acquiring motion acceleration determined based on inertial navigation; and judging whether the wheel speed data and/or the motion acceleration meet a preset condition, and determining whether the wheel speed data is available based on a judgment result. Through the above mode, the judgment accuracy of the availability of the wheel speed can be improved.
