The body (302) also defines a through bore (316) extending axially through the body (302), the through bore being centered on the axis of rotation (304). The blind void (318) is disposed annularly about the axis of rotation (304), the blind void (318) being radially spaced apart from the through hole (316) by a predetermined minimum distance (332) forming a cantilevered portion (320) defining a bending point (326) and a bending radial distance (328) measured radially from the bending point (326) to the through hole (316).
