The invention provides a design method for a modularized instrument desk, which comprises the following steps of: a function sorting step: sorting a function set required by a passenger car instrument desk, and carrying out function partitioning on the instrument desk to obtain a plurality of function modules; a switch partitioning step: reasonably planning the partitioning arrangement of the switch on the instrument desk by combining the man-machine engineering requirement and the operation frequency of the driver in driving the passenger car to form a switch arrangement result; and a block construction step: carrying out block construction on the overall structure of the instrument desk, and forming different instrument desk architecture modes when facing passenger cars with different car body widths. According to the invention, the universality and serialization of the instrument desk can be realized, through the combination and adjustment of the instrument desk, the universality of the instrument desk under the condition of different vehicle body inner widths is solved, the overall coordination of the instrument desk when different whole vehicle configuration requirements are met, meanwhile, the uniformity among different passenger vehicle types can be reduced, the whole vehicle development progress is accelerated, and the development cost is reduced.

    本发明提供一种用于模块化仪表台设计方法,其包含:功能梳理步骤:梳理客车仪表台上所需的功能集合,对仪表台进行功能分区,得到多种功能模块;开关分区步骤:结合人机工程要求以及驾驶员在驾驶客车时的操作频次,对仪表台上的开关的分区设置进行合理规划,形成开关布置结果;分块架构步骤:对仪表台的整体结构进行分块架构,在面对不同车体宽度的客车时,形成不同的仪表台架构模式。本发明能够实现仪表台的通用和系列化,通过仪表台的组合和调整,解决不同车身内宽情况下仪表台台通用性,满足不同整车配置需求时仪表台整体协调性,同时还可减少不同客车车型之间的统一性,并加快整车开发进度和减小开发费用。
