The invention discloses an FSEC-based whole vehicle cooling system, which comprises a motor, a motor controller cooling loop and a battery cell cooling loop, and is characterized in that the motor and motor controller cooling loop comprises a motor controller IGBT, a motor controller cooling plate, a permanent magnet synchronous motor, a motor water jacket, a radiator, a speed regulation fan, a speed regulation water pump and a temperature sensor; and the battery cell cooling loop comprises a battery cell module, a speed regulation fan and a temperature sensor. The invention further discloses a control method of the whole vehicle cooling system based on FSEC, on the basis of thermal simulation, temperature information of the motor controller IGBT, the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the battery cell module is collected through the single-chip microcomputer according to the real-time running mode of a racing vehicle, the single-chip microcomputer outputs a PWM signal to the PWM direct current motor driving module after judgment, and the PWM direct current motor driving module drives the motor controller IGBT, the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the battery cell module to rotate. The PWM direct current motor driving module controls the opening and closing states and the rotating speed of the speed regulation fan and the speed regulation water pump, the air inlet amount is adjusted, the water temperature is controlled within a proper range, and the safety, the economical efficiency and the dynamic property of the racing car in the running process are guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种基于FSEC的整车冷却系统,包括电机、电机控制器冷却回路和电芯冷却回路,电机和电机控制器冷却回路包括电机控制器IGBT、电机控制器冷却板、永磁同步电机、电机水套、散热器、调速风扇、调速水泵和温度传感器,电芯冷却回路包括电芯模组、调速风扇和温度传感器。本发明还公开了一种基于FSEC的整车冷却系统的控制方法,以热仿真为基础,根据赛车实时的运行模式,通过单片机采集到电机控制器IGBT、永磁同步电机和电芯模组的温度信息,经过判断后单片机输出PWM信号给PWM直流电机驱动模块,由PWM直流电机驱动模块控制调速风扇和调速水泵开合状态与转速,调整进风量,控制水温在适当的范围,保证赛车行驶时的安全性、经济性和动力性。
