The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a fixed elevator for building installation engineering, which comprises a traction assembly, the traction assembly comprises a bottom plate and a top plate, the bottom plate is fixed on an outer fixed surface, a guide rod is arranged between the bottom plate and the top plate, the bottom end of the top plate is fixedly connected with a traction machine, and the output end of the traction machine is provided with a traction rope; the lifting assembly comprises a lift car, the top end of the lift car is connected with the traction rope, a sliding sleeve corresponding to the guide rod is arranged on the outer side of the lift car, the guide rod is sleeved with the sliding sleeve, and the sliding sleeve can slide back and forth along the guide rod; the buffering assembly comprises a first buffering part and second buffering parts, the first buffering part is arranged on the bottom plate, the second buffering parts are arranged on the two sides of the top plate, and the first buffering part is slidably connected with the lift car; the lift car is driven by the traction rope to slide up and down along the guide rods, when the traction machine breaks down, the first buffering part and the second buffering part act jointly, the weightless lift car is buffered and damped, the damping effect is good, the lift car is more stable when falling to the bottom, and a user can be prevented from being injured.

    本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,特别是涉及一种建筑安装工程用固定式升降梯,包括牵引组件,牵引组件包括底板和顶板,底板固定在外固定面上,底板以及顶板之间设有导杆,顶板底端固接有牵引机,牵引机输出端设有牵引绳;升降组件包括轿厢,轿厢的顶端与牵引绳连接,轿厢的外侧对应导杆设置有滑套,导杆套接于滑套中,滑套可沿导杆往复滑动;缓冲组件包括第一缓冲部和第二缓冲部,第一缓冲部设置底板上,第二缓冲部设置于顶板两侧,第一缓冲部与轿厢滑动连接;通过牵引绳带动轿厢沿导杆上下滑动,牵引机故障时,第一缓冲部和第二缓冲部共同作用,对失重轿厢起到缓冲减震作用,减震效果好,轿厢下落至底部时更加平稳,能够防止使用人员受伤。
