The invention discloses a traction transformer integrated LCL-based high-frequency harmonic resonance suppression system, which is arranged in a traction transmission system of a train and comprises an integrated LCL traction transformer and a parallel filter capacitor, the integrated LCL traction transformer comprises two iron core columns and 2N winding units symmetrically distributed on the two iron core columns; each winding unit comprises a network side winding, a traction winding and a filtering winding; each winding of each winding unit is wound on the iron core column by adopting a layer type cylindrical structure, and comprises a traction winding, a filtering winding and a network side winding in sequence from inside to outside; the 2N network side windings are connected in parallel and then connected with a traction network through a pantograph and a wheel rail, the 2N traction windings are respectively connected with the 2N network side converters, and the 2N filter windings are connected in series and then connected with the parallel filter capacitor. No extra filter inductor needs to be added, only one filter capacitor is needed, and the number, size and cost of equipment of a filter system are reduced while a good filter effect is obtained.
本发明公开了一种基于牵引变压器集成LCL的高频谐波谐振抑制系统,设置于列车的牵引传动系统中,包括集成LCL牵引变压器和并联滤波电容;集成LCL牵引变压器包括两个铁心柱及对称分布于两个铁心柱的2N个绕组单元;每个绕组单元包括1个网侧绕组、1个牵引绕组和1个滤波绕组;每个绕组单元的各绕组采用层式圆筒型结构绕制于铁心柱上,且由内向外依次为:牵引绕组、滤波绕组、网侧绕组;2N个网侧绕组并联后通过受电弓和轮轨与牵引网相连,2N个牵引绕组分别与2N个网侧变流器相连,2N个滤波绕组串联后与并联滤波电容相连。本发明不需要额外增加滤波电感,且只需一个滤波电容,在获得良好滤波效果的同时降低滤波系统的设备数量、体积和成本。
