Each pair of longitudinal slotted holes jointly form a V shape of which the opening faces the periphery of the rotor core; each longitudinal slotted hole comprises a mounting part matched with the shape of the magnet; the end hole is located at the end, pointing to the periphery, of the longitudinal long groove hole, the end hole comprises a main body area and a convex corner area, and the convex corner area extends from the main body area to the outer side of the V-shaped shape till part of the convex corner area is located on the outer side of the side edge extension line of the installation part. The invention also provides a corresponding vehicle motor. According to the scheme of the invention, the overall iron core loss of the motor can be obviously reduced by changing the local topological structure of the rotor under the condition that the overall production cost is not increased and the torque is not reduced.
