The invention provides a safety monitoring method for an inner wheel difference area, a medium, monitoring equipment and a monitoring system. The safety monitoring method for the inner wheel difference area comprises the following steps that the inner wheel difference area of a vehicle is obtained; monitoring a condition in the inner wheel difference region to generate an abnormality monitoring result when an abnormality exists in the inner wheel difference region; and an intervention processing instruction is sent to the vehicle and the driver in the abnormal monitoring result based on the abnormal monitoring result, so that in the intervened process of the vehicle and the driver, the scratch risk of the vehicle to the driver in the inner wheel difference area is reduced through the change of the motion state of the vehicle and the driver. According to the invention, warning and processing can be carried out on the inner wheel difference area in the vehicle driving process in various modes, and traffic accidents caused by the inner wheel difference area can be prevented to the greatest extent.
