The invention discloses a counterweight hoisting method for crankshaft shrinkage fit. The counterweight hoisting method comprises the following steps: arranging a crank throw pressing rod in a crank throw inner open crotch of the crankshaft shrinkage fit to be hoisted in a penetrating manner; a counterweight lever in the same direction as the crank throw is arranged at the top end part of the crank throw of the composite sleeve; the lower end of a double-thread screw penetrates through the fixed end of a balance weight rod and the center of a crank throw shrinkage fit hole to be connected and locked with a crank throw pressing rod below. Corresponding balancing weights are configured according to the pre-simulated balancing weight positions and number; the balance weight end of the balance weight rod and the two ends of the crank throw pressing rod are connected with hanging belts correspondingly, and horizontal pre-adjustment of the X axis and the Y axis is conducted through hoist cranes on the hanging belts; and trying to hoist, adjusting the length and the weight of the balancing weight according to the actual condition of the balancing weight, and finally hoisting after the adjustment is finished. Accessories are universal, and the balance weight requirements of various large and small machine types can be completely met.

    本发明公开了一种用于曲轴红套的配重吊装方法,包括步骤为:在待吊装曲轴复套的曲拐内开裆内穿设一曲拐压杆;在复套的曲拐顶端部设置一与曲拐方向相同的配重杆;通过双头螺杆下端穿过配重杆固定端及曲拐红套孔中心,与下方的曲拐压杆相连并锁紧;根据预先模拟的配重位置及数量配置相应的配重块;在配重杆的配重端、曲拐压杆的两端分别连接吊带,并通过吊带上的起重葫芦进行X、Y轴的水平预调整;试起吊,并根据配重实际情况进行配重块长度、重量的调整,调整完毕后进行最终吊装。本发明配件通用,完全能够满足大、小各种机型的配重需求。
