The invention provides an aircraft fuel oil suction eddy current suppression system, which comprises an oil tank, an oil supply pipeline, an eddy current detection module, an eddy current suppression module, an oil tank pressure relief module and a processor, and is characterized in that the eddy current detection module detects eddy current generated in the oil tank so as to cooperate with the eddy current suppression module to suppress the generated eddy current; the oil tank pressure applying module is used for releasing pressure in the oil tank so as to realize smooth supply of oil in the oil tank; wherein the oil tank pressure applying module acts on the oil tank and the oil supply pipeline so as to maintain the pressure balance of the oil supply pipeline and the oil tank; the oil supply pipeline is connected with the oil tank, and the eddy current suppression module is arranged at the joint of the oil supply pipeline and the oil tank.
