The invention aims to provide an electronic controller for an electric power steering control system and a working method of the electronic controller. According to the electronic controller, the two power supplies and the four torque sensors are arranged, and when one power supply or one torque sensor breaks down, the other power supply or the other torque sensor can still work normally or in a degraded mode; the four-way torque sensor takes power from different power management chips, so that single-point failure and failure are avoided; in addition, the two microcontrollers are synchronized in real time, so that the real-time performance and uniformity of information obtained or generated by torque information, angle information, PWM information and the like are improved, and the working stability of the electronic controller is improved.
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于电动助力转向控制系统的电子控制器及其工作方法。本发明的电子控制器采用双路电源和四路扭矩传感器的设置,当一路电源或者扭矩传感器发生故障时,另一路仍能正常工作或降级工作;而四路扭矩传感器从不同电源管理芯片取电,避免单点故障失效;另外,两路微控制器实时同步,提高了扭矩信息、角度信息、PWM信息等获得或生成的信息的实时性、统一性,提高电子控制器工作的稳定性。
