The invention relates to a rail transit rapid driver scheduling system and method. The rail transit rapid driver scheduling system comprises a space-time trajectory data analysis module, a crew member segment synthesis module and a crew member operation package distribution module. The space-time trajectory data analysis module is used for analyzing the space-time trajectory data to obtain running state information of the train, and dividing a running diagram by taking a crew transfer station as a boundary and combining the running state of the train to obtain a plurality of crew fragments; and the crew member segment synthesis module is used for synthesizing the plurality of obtained crew member segments into crew member operation segments. And the crew member operation package distribution module is used for synthesizing the plurality of crew member operation sections into anonymous crew member operation packages, and each anonymous crew member operation package corresponds to all tasks of a certain driver in one day. Through the steps of crew piece division, crew operation section generation, anonymous crew operation package generation, driver and operation package matching and the like, the purpose of rapidly compiling a crew scheduling plan according to a train operation plan is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种轨道交通快速司机排班系统及方法,轨道交通快速司机排班系统包括时空轨迹数据分析模块、乘务片段合成模块以及乘务作业包分配模块。时空轨迹数据分析模块用于对时空轨迹数据进行分析,以获得列车的运行状态信息,以乘务换乘站为分界,并结合列车的运行状态对运行图进行分割,得到若干乘务片段。乘务片段合成模块用于将获得的若干乘务片段合成为乘务作业段。乘务作业包分配模块用于将若干乘务作业段合成为匿名乘务作业包,每个匿名乘务作业包对应某位司机一天内的所有任务。其通过乘务片段划分、乘务作业段生成、匿名乘务作业包生成、司机与作业包匹配等步骤,实现根据列车运行计划快速编制乘务排班计划的目的。
