A vehicle for performing automatic driving includes: a communication section; a driving portion configured to drive the vehicle and acquire information about an element driving the vehicle; comprising a camera, a radar and a laser radar; and a control portion. The control portion is configured to: determine road condition information of a road on which the vehicle travels based on a signal acquired from the communication portion; determining vehicle driving information based on information acquired from the driving portion; receiving an identification result of the information acquisition part; determining required performance based on the road condition information, the vehicle driving information and the recognition result; the object recognition performance is changed.
