A system has a communication system in communication with a computing system. A computing system runs computer executable instructions that may check passenger profiles. Further, the system may determine, based on the profile, that support will be acoustically provided to the passenger whenever support is provided to the passenger. The system may also detect a deviation from a predetermined path or route, which may be determined by comparing the position signal output to the predetermined path. In response to detecting the deviation, the system may further output an auditory support message having content based on the detected deviation. Further, the system may be configured to contact the management mechanism and stop the autonomous vehicle.
