The concentrated winding permanent magnet synchronous traction machine for the elevator comprises a shell, a stator and a rotor are arranged in the shell, the stator comprises a stator iron core, the inner diameter B of the stator iron core is 180 mm, 30 straight grooves are formed in the stator iron core in the circumferential direction at equal intervals, the notch width A of the end, facing the rotor, of each straight groove is 3.8 mm, 28 magnetic steel is arranged on the outer circumferential wall of the rotor in the circumferential direction at equal intervals, and the magnetic steel is arranged on the outer circumferential wall of the rotor. The width D of each magnetic steel is 15.9 mm; a straight flute-straight pole method is adopted, and the inner diameter of a stator core, the number of straight flutes, the width of a notch and the number and width of magnetic steel are optimized, so that the purpose of suppressing cogging torque is achieved, the noise and vibration of the permanent magnet synchronous traction machine are reduced, the temperature rise of the magnetic steel is synchronously reduced, the material cost is saved, and the motor is higher in reliability and longer in service life; the technical problems that in the prior art, a skewed slot or skewed pole method is adopted for reducing the cogging torque of the elevator traction machine, the temperature rise of magnetic steel is high, the service life of the magnetic steel is affected, the technology is complex, and cost is high are solved.

    本发明涉及一种电梯用集中绕组永磁同步曳引机,包括外壳,外壳内设有定子和转子,定子包括定子铁芯,定子铁芯内径B为180mm,定子铁芯上沿周向等距设有30个直槽且每个直槽朝向转子一端的槽口宽度A均为3.8mm,转子外周壁上沿周向等距设有28个磁钢,且每个磁钢的宽度D均为15.9mm;采用直槽‑直极法,通过优选定子铁芯内径、直槽数量及槽口宽度、磁钢数量及宽度,以达到抑制齿槽转矩的目的,降低了永磁同步曳引机的噪声和振动,同步降低磁钢的温升,节省材料成本,而且电机可靠性更强,运行寿命更大;以解决现有技术中采用斜槽或斜极的方法降低电梯曳引机齿槽转矩的方法会导致磁钢温升较高,影响磁钢寿命且工艺复杂、成本高的技术问题。
