The invention provides a forklift structure of a rotary clamping type pallet fork. Comprising a pallet fork automatic rotating part, a push-pull type electromagnet clamping part, an overturning and stable pressing part, a hydraulic shear fork lifting part, a pallet fork forward moving part and a vehicle body four-wheel driving part. The pallet fork autonomous rotating part is located on the hydraulic shear fork lifting platform and connected with a bottom plate of the pallet fork forward moving part in a matched mode through a sliding block and an external large gear. The push-pull type electromagnet clamping part is located on the hydraulic shear fork lifting platform.
