The invention relates to the technical field of rotary operation platforms, and discloses a rotary operation platform which comprises an operation platform body, three sets of supporting legs are arranged at the bottom of the operation platform body, the operation platform body and the supporting legs are connected through bolts and nuts, the bottom ends of the three sets of supporting legs are all arranged on three lifting lugs of a top cover of a pressure container, and an annular frame is arranged above the operation platform body. Supporting columns are arranged between the annular frame and the operation platform, and the annular frame is connected with the operation platform through the supporting columns. According to the rotary operating platform, four independent electric hoists are designed on an annular frame of the rotary upgrading operating platform for the kingbolt dismounting and mounting equipment, four stretching machines and a screw-in and screw-out device are connected to realize circumferential and axial movement on a top cover of a pressure vessel, and three supporting legs at the lower part of the operating platform are connected with three lifting lugs of the top cover of the pressure vessel to establish the operating platform; a king bolt stretcher hydraulic work station, an electric control operation table, an operator station and a liquid-gas-electricity pipeline are arranged on the operation platform, and therefore the purposes of convenient operation and adjustment are achieved.
