The invention discloses a rotation limiting structure applied to a steer-by-wire steering wheel hand feeling simulator, which is characterized in that a steering wheel is fixedly connected with an input shaft, the input shaft is connected with an output shaft through a torsion bar, and the input shaft and the output shaft are fixed in the internal space of a shell through bearings; the input shaft is provided with a slope boss, the output shaft is provided with a sliding block groove, the sliding block is installed in the sliding block groove of the output shaft, and the upper slope of the sliding block is matched with the slope of the boss of the input shaft to form a sliding pair. During working, the steering wheel drives the input shaft to rotate, when the steering wheel rotation angle reaches the required position, the controller fixes the motor to the current position, when the steering wheel continues to be rotated, the torsion bar generates large deformation, the input shaft and the output shaft rotate relatively, and at the moment, the boss of the input shaft pushes the inclined surface of the sliding block to move towards the outer side; the sliding blocks make contact with the inner wall of the shell to generate friction force, and rotation limiting of the steering wheel is achieved.

    本发明公开一种应用于线控转向方向盘手感模拟器的旋转限位结构,其特征在于:方向盘与输入轴固定连接,输入轴与输出轴之间采用扭杆连接,同时输入轴与输出轴通过轴承固定在壳体内部空间内;输入轴上有斜面凸台,输出轴上有滑块槽,滑块装入到输出轴滑块槽中,滑块上斜面与输入轴凸台斜面配合形成移动副;工作时,方向盘带动输入轴进行旋转,方向盘转角达到要求的位置时,控制器将电机固定在当前位置,继续转动方向盘时,扭杆产生较大变形,输入轴与输出轴相对转动,此时输入轴凸台将推动滑块斜面向外侧进行移动,滑块与壳体内壁接触产生摩擦力,实现方向盘的旋转限位。
