A secure integrated electric vehicle (SIPV) device includes: an electric vehicle further including at least one integrated safety control device, where the integrated safety control device polls a plurality of sensors to detect current SIPV data related to secure use; a communication link to the integrated security control device for transmitting a plurality of data representative of the current use of the SIPV; and receiving, from the SIPV system, at least one instruction received from the integrated security control device via the communication link to instruct a plurality of control units on the SIPV to modify the current operating parameters to restore the SIPV to secure use.
