The technical scheme of the invention provides an air-cooled battery pack structure and a vehicle. The air-cooled battery pack structure comprises a pack body, an air inlet, an air outlet, a controller and a sensor assembly, the bag body is formed by sealing a sealing cover and a tray, the sealing cover and the tray are sealed to form a bag body accommodating cavity, and the sensor assembly and the battery cell module are placed in the bag body accommodating cavity; one end of the air inlet is communicated with an air conditioner air pipeline of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner, and the other end of the air inlet penetrates through the bag body and is communicated with the bag body accommodating cavity; the tray is a cavity, and the air outlet is formed in the tray and communicated with the cavity of the tray. An air hole is also formed in the inner side of the tray and is communicated with the bag body accommodating cavity and the cavity of the tray; the controller is used for detecting the temperature and/or humidity of the bag body containing cavity through the sensor assembly, air conditioner air of the vehicle-mounted air conditioner is called to flow through the bag body containing cavity by controlling a switch of the air inlet, and the temperature and/or humidity of the bag body containing cavity are/is adjusted. The structure is simple, heat management cost is reduced, and the device is widely applied to various vehicles.
