The invention discloses a heat exchanger anti-icing system for aircraft testing and an operation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of aircraft testing, the heat exchanger anti-icing system comprises two secondary refrigerant treatment assemblies arranged side by side, each secondary refrigerant treatment assembly comprises a main pipeline and a heat exchanger, an upper U-shaped pipe is arranged above the middle of the main pipeline, and a lower U-shaped pipe is arranged above the middle of the heat exchanger; a lower U-shaped pipe is arranged on one side of the middle of the main pipeline, the main pipelines of the two secondary refrigerant treatment assemblies are communicated through a reinforcing connecting pipe, and an anti-blocking assembly used for preventing the main pipelines from being blocked is arranged on the reinforcing connecting pipe. The operation method comprises the following steps: S1, high-temperature secondary refrigerant filling; s2, emptying the high-temperature secondary refrigerant; s3, filling a low-temperature secondary refrigerant; and S4, emptying the low-temperature secondary refrigerant. According to the anti-icing system for the heat exchanger, the high-temperature secondary refrigerant and the low-temperature secondary refrigerant can be efficiently and rapidly switched, it is guaranteed that the secondary refrigerant is not frozen at the low temperature and not gasified at the high temperature, and the anti-icing system is convenient to operate, safe and reliable.

    本发明公开了一种飞机测试的换热器防结冰系统及其运行方法,涉及飞机测试技术领域,换热器防结冰系统包括并排设置的两个载冷剂处理组件,载冷剂处理组件包括主管线和换热器,主管线中部上方设有上U型管,主管线中部一侧设有下U型管,两个载冷剂处理组件的主管线之间通过加固连管连通,加固连管上设置有用于防止主管线堵塞的防堵组件。运行方法包括以下步骤:S1、高温载冷剂充注;S2、高温载冷剂排空;S3、低温载冷剂充注;S4、低温载冷剂排空。本发明的换热器防结冰系统能够高效地将高温载冷剂和低温载冷剂进行快速切换,保证载冷剂在低温下不结冰、在高温下不气化,操作方便,安全可靠。
