The invention provides a large component assembly type hoisting distribution beam device which adopts a three-layer distribution beam body structure, transverse connection of wide and super-long components is realized through upper-layer longitudinal hoisting main beams, and transverse connection of wide components is realized through lower-layer longitudinal secondary distribution beams. The upper-layer longitudinal hoisting main beams and the lower-layer longitudinal secondary distribution beams are connected into a unified whole through the middle-layer transverse secondary distribution beams, the structure is more stable, and use is safer and more reliable. When the hoisting device is used for hoisting heavy components, the steel wire rope is not in direct contact with a hoisted object, the problem that the permanent structure of the hoisted object is damaged due to structural stress concentration is avoided, the hoisted object is stressed reasonably and uniformly and is not prone to deformation, and therefore the quality of the components can be effectively guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种大型构件装配式吊装分配梁装置,采用三层分配梁体结构,通过上层纵向吊装主梁实现宽体超长构件的横向连接,通过下层纵向次级分配梁实现宽体构件的横向连接,上层纵向吊装主梁与下层纵向次级分配梁通过中层横向次级分配梁连接成统一整体,结构更加稳固,使用更加安全可靠。采用本发明进行重物构件吊装时,钢丝绳不直接接触吊物,避免了因结构应力集中导致的吊物永久结构损坏问题,吊物受力合理均匀,不易产生形变,因而能够有效保证构件质量。
