Comprising an elevator operation control terminal setting module, an elevator operation speed regulation and control module, an elevator taking overload monitoring prompt module, an elevator taking subject recognition module, a taking subject dangerous state analysis module, a taking subject dangerous state voice prompt module, a dangerous taking state storage library, a control database and an emergency braking processing end. A human body infrared sensor and a thermal infrared imager are used for sensing a human body and analyzing the personnel gathering density, and a human body area environment image and an object area environment image are further obtained through area environment images, collected by an intelligent camera, of all steps, so that the danger level is obtained according to the human body area environment image; and corresponding emergency braking operation is carried out according to the danger level. In this way, the safety and reliability of elevator running are improved, and time errors caused by manual emergency braking operation in emergency situations are effectively avoided.
