The invention discloses a device for testing nacelle parameters of a vertical take-off and landing aircraft. The device comprises a mounting assembly, a mounting rack, a steering engine, a rocker arm and a tension and compression sensor, the mounting assembly is used for mounting an engine; a driving end of the engine is used for mounting a propeller; the steering engine is fixed to one side of the mounting rack, the driving end of the steering engine is fixedly connected with one end of the tension-compression sensor, the other end of the tension-compression sensor is fixedly connected with the middle of the rocker arm, and the steering engine can drive the rocker arm to rotate through the tension-compression sensor. The first end of the rocker arm is rotationally connected with the upper end of the mounting rack, and the second end of the rocker arm extends out of the mounting rack from one side of the steering engine and is fixedly connected with the mounting assembly. According to the invention, the tension and compression sensor is additionally arranged between the steering engine and the rocker arm, so that when the steering engine drives the rocker arm to enable the engine and the propeller to tilt, the pressure or tension received by the output end of the steering engine can be detected in real time, the accuracy of design parameters is verified, and the nacelle design is ensured to meet the requirements of an aircraft.

    本发明公开了一种垂直起降飞机短舱参数测试装置,包括安装组件、安装台架、舵机、摇臂和拉压传感器;安装组件用于安装发动机,发动机的驱动端用于安装螺旋桨;舵机固定于安装台架的一侧,舵机的驱动端与拉压传感器的一端固定连接,拉压传感器的另一端与摇臂的中部固定连接,舵机能通过拉压传感器驱动摇臂旋转;摇臂的第一端与安装台架的上端旋转连接,摇臂的第二端从舵机的一侧延伸出安装台架,且与安装组件固定连接。本发明中,通过在舵机与摇臂之间增加拉压传感器,从而通过舵机驱动摇臂使得发动机及螺旋桨发生倾转时,可以实时的检测舵机输出端收到的压力或拉力,以验证设计参数的准确性,确保短舱设计满足飞机需求。
