The cab hydraulic turnover system comprises a hydraulic pump, an oil tank, a hydraulic turnover cylinder, a hydraulic control one-way valve and a suspension locking device, a rodless cavity of the hydraulic turnover cylinder is connected to a reverse one-way valve and the hydraulic control one-way valve, the reverse one-way valve is connected with a port A, the port A is connected with a pipeline A, and the pipeline A is connected to the oil tank; the hydraulic control one-way valve is connected with a fixed throttling opening, the fixed throttling opening is connected with a pipeline A through an opening A, and the pipeline A is connected to an oil tank; a rod cavity of the hydraulic overturning cylinder is connected to a port B, the port B is connected to a pipeline B, and the pipeline B is connected to the one-way valve. By means of the mode, on the premise that the overturning function of the cab is guaranteed, flow of the rodless cavity can flow in or flow out smoothly when the hydraulic overturning cylinder is in the suspended state, liquid resistance is reduced, resistance generated by the hydraulic overturning cylinder in the suspended state is reduced, and therefore components at the joint of the hydraulic overturning cylinder and the cab are prevented from being damaged.

    本发明公开了一种驾驶室液压翻转系统,包括:液压泵、油箱、液压翻转缸、液控单向阀,悬置锁紧装置,所述液压翻转缸的无杆腔分别连接至反向单向阀和液控单向阀,所述反向单向阀连接A口,所述A口连接管路A,所述管路A连接至油箱;所述液控单向阀连接固定节流口,所述固定节流口通过A口连接管路A,管路A连接至油箱;所述液压翻转缸的有杆腔连接至B口,B口连接至管路B,管路B连接至单向阀。通过上述方式,本发明在保证驾驶室翻转功能的前提下,使液压翻转缸在悬置状态下无杆腔的流量能够顺利的流入或排出,降低液阻,减小液压翻转缸在悬置状态下产生的阻力,从而避免损坏液压翻转缸与驾驶室连接处构件。
