A future underlying structural performance of the path article is predicted based on the data that affects the underlying structural performance characteristics of the predicted underlying structural performance at the future point in time. To predict underlying structural performance at a future point in time, a computing device receives one or more sets of underlying structural performance data of a path article that respectively correspond to underlying structural performance characteristics. The underlying structure performance features may affect predicted underlying structure performance of the path artifacts at future points in time, and the underlying structure performance data may correspond to the roadway portions. The computing device may generate, based at least in part on applying the one or more sets of underlying structure performance data to the model, at least one underlying structure performance predictor indicative of a predicted underlying structure performance of the path article at a future point in time.
