The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted radar turnover hydraulic control system which is characterized in that a first electromagnetic valve and a second electromagnetic valve are two-position three-way reversing valves, a third electromagnetic valve is a three-position four-way reversing valve, the input end of a gear pump is communicated with an oil tank, and the output end of the gear pump is communicated with P ports of the first electromagnetic valve, the second electromagnetic valve and the third electromagnetic valve; a port A of the first electromagnetic valve communicates with rodless cavities of the left overturning hydraulic cylinder and the right overturning hydraulic cylinder, a port A of the second electromagnetic valve communicates with rod cavities of the left overturning hydraulic cylinder and the right overturning hydraulic cylinder, and ports T of the third electromagnetic valve, the first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve communicate with one another and communicate with an oil tank. A port A of the third electromagnetic valve is respectively communicated with rodless cavities of the left pin hydraulic cylinder and the right pin hydraulic cylinder, and a port B of the third electromagnetic valve is respectively communicated with rod cavities of the left pin hydraulic cylinder and the right pin hydraulic cylinder. The system is low in power consumption, high in efficiency, accurate in position and capable of being kept for a long time.

    本发明涉及一种车载雷达翻转液压控制系统,其中第一电磁阀和第二电磁阀为两位三通换向阀,第三电磁阀为三位四通换向阀,齿轮泵的输入端与油箱连通,齿轮泵的输出端分别与第一电磁阀、第二电磁阀和第三电磁阀的P口连通,第一电磁阀的A口分别与左翻转液压缸和右翻转液压缸的无杆腔连通,第二电磁阀的A口分别与左翻转液压缸和右翻转液压缸的有杆腔连通,第三电磁阀、第一电磁阀和第二电磁阀的T口相互连通且均与油箱连通,第三电磁阀的A口分别与左销子液压缸和右销子液压缸的无杆腔连通,第三电磁阀的B口分别与左销子液压缸和右销子液压缸的有杆腔连通。本发明功耗低、效率高、到位精准并能长时间保持。
