The invention relates to a crane trolley steel wire rope installation method which comprises the following steps that S1, two side plates are welded and formed, a short rope sleeve is taken and fixed to a trolley bottom plate, a rope shaft is installed between the two side plates, and rolling wheels are assembled on the two sides of the trolley bottom plate; s2, studs penetrate through the pressing plates, the stud parts are screwed into the screw holes, one end of a steel wire rope penetrates through the side holes from the inside and sequentially enters the interval areas between the two pressing plates and the side plates, the steel wire rope extends by at least 50 cm, then the studs are completely screwed into the screw holes, the steel wire rope is made to be attached into the semicircular grooves, and the steel wire rope is pressed by the pressing plates; s3, a frequency converter and a handheld controller are selected, the handheld controller is in signal connection with the frequency converter, the frequency converter is in signal connection with a motor, and a motor gear is meshed with the rope shaft. According to the method, installation is rapid and efficient, installation personnel are saved, the installation time and period are shortened, the installation cost is reduced, and potential safety hazards existing in flyover crossing operation in a project site are avoided. And the situation that the conventional crane is slow in mounting rhythm is changed.

    本发明的名称为一种起重机小车钢丝绳安装方法,包括如下步骤:S1、将两块侧板焊接成型,取短绳套固定在小车底板上,两块侧板之间安装有绳轴,小车底板两侧装配滚轮;S2、用螺柱穿过压板,将螺柱部分拧入螺孔中,将钢丝绳的一端从内穿过侧孔并依次进入两个压板与侧板之间的间距区域,钢丝绳延伸至少50厘米,再将螺柱完全拧入螺孔中,使钢丝绳贴合在半圆槽内、压板压紧钢丝绳;S3、选用变频器、手持式控制器,将手持式控制器信号连接变频器,变频器信号连接电动机,电动机齿轮啮合绳轴。本发明中,快速高效安装,节省安装人员、缩短安装时间及周期、降低安装费用,规避工程现场立体交叉作业存有的安全隐患。改变了以往起重机安装节奏慢的局面。
