The invention relates to the technical field of building crane equipment, and discloses a weightlessness falling prevention device of a crane for constructional engineering, which comprises a rotating drum, a lifting rope is wound on the surface of the rotating drum, a rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the center of the front surface of the rotating drum, and an external motor is rotatably connected to one end, away from the rotating drum, of the rotating shaft. An anti-falling mechanism is fixedly connected to the interior of the rotary drum, a lifting plate is fixedly connected to the end, away from the rotary drum, of the lifting rope, and an anti-swing mechanism is fixedly connected to the bottom of the lifting plate; when the crane accidentally stalls and falls, the fixed rod with the accelerated rotating speed can drive the coil to cut the magnetic induction line of the magnetic ring in an accelerated manner, so that the current intensity can be increased, then the magnetic force of the electromagnet can be enhanced, the clamping blocks are pushed outwards through like pole repulsion, the clamping grooves are clamped through the clamping blocks, and the rotating disc is locked; therefore, the effects of preventing the crane from falling due to weightlessness to threaten the life safety of ground workers and reducing potential safety hazards are achieved.

    本发明涉及建筑吊车设备技术领域,且公开了一种建筑工程用吊车防失重坠落装置,包括转筒,所述转筒的表面缠绕连接有吊绳,所述转筒的正面中心转动连接有转轴,所述转轴远离转筒的一端转动连接有外置电机,所述转筒的内部固定连接有防坠机构,所述吊绳远离转筒的一端固定连接有吊板,所述吊板的底部固定连接有防摆机构;当吊车意外失速下坠时,通过转速加快的固定杆会带动线圈加速切割磁环的磁感线,所以会增加电流强度,然后会增强电磁铁的磁力,通过同性相斥将卡块向外推出,所以会通过卡块卡住卡槽,将转盘锁死,从而达到防止吊车失重下坠对地面工作人员的生命安全造成威胁以及降低安全隐患的作用。
