The invention discloses a crane structure with supporting legs, and belongs to the technical field of cranes, the crane structure comprises crane guide rails, a first cross beam, a second cross beam, the supporting legs and cart operation devices, the crane guide rails are fixed on the supporting beams on two sides of a plant, and the cart operation devices are arranged at two ends of the first cross beam and the second cross beam. The cart running device is connected between the traveling guide rails in a sliding mode, and supporting legs are arranged at the bottom of the first cross beam and the bottom of the second cross beam. The supporting legs are arranged at the bottoms of the first cross beam and the second cross beam, the deflection borne by the cross beams is reduced to 1/8, the bending deformation degree of the cross beams is greatly reduced, the bending moment borne by the cross beams is reduced to 2/1, the maximum stress borne by the cross beams is reduced to half, and therefore the cross section area of the cross beams can be reduced, and light weight of the traveling crane is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种带有支撑腿的行车结构,属于行车技术领域,包括:行车导轨、横梁一、横梁二、支撑腿及大车运行装置,所述行车导轨固定在厂房两侧的支撑梁上,所述大车运行装置设置于所述横梁一与横梁二的两端,所述大车运行装置滑动连接于所述行车导轨之间,所述横梁一与横梁二的底部均设有支撑腿。本发明通过在横梁一与横梁二底部设置支撑腿,将横梁所受挠度降低至1/8,大大减小了横梁的弯曲变形度,并且将横梁所受弯矩降低至2/1,使得横梁所受最大应力减小至一半,横梁截面积因此可减小,从而实现行车轻量化。
