The invention relates to the technical field of cranes, and particularly discloses a crane safety rope self-locking device which comprises a housing and a rope, a plurality of steel discs are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the rope, a first limiting plate and a second limiting plate are fixedly connected to an inner cavity of the housing, and an auxiliary disc is arranged between the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate. Through holes are formed in the surfaces of the housing, the first limiting plate, the auxiliary disc and the second limiting plate, a first convex ring is fixedly connected to the bottom of the auxiliary disc, sliding strips are symmetrically arranged on the surface of the second limiting plate, first rotating rods are symmetrically and rotationally connected to the inner wall of the housing, first gears are fixedly connected to the outer walls of the first rotating rods, and the first gears are meshed with the steel disc; and the output end of the first rotating rod is connected with a fourth gear through a rotating mechanism, the sliding strip is located between adjacent teeth of the fourth gear, and when the phenomenon of sliding down occurs, the first gear stops rotating through mutual cooperation between a first convex ring and the sliding strip, so that continuous sliding down of the rope is hindered, and the safety performance is improved.

    本发明涉及起重机技术领域,具体公开了一种起重机安全绳索自锁装置,包括罩壳和绳索,绳索的外壁固定连接有若干钢盘,罩壳的内腔固定连接有第一限位板和第二限位板,第一限位板与第二限位板之间设置有辅助盘,罩壳、第一限位板、辅助盘、第二限位板的表面均开有通孔,辅助盘的底部固定连接有第一凸环,第二限位板的表面对称设置有滑条,罩壳的内壁对称转动连接有第一转杆,第一转杆的外壁上固定连接有第一齿轮,第一齿轮与钢盘相互啮合,第一转杆的输出端通过转动机构连接有第四齿轮,滑条位于第四齿轮的相邻齿牙之间,出现下滑现象时,通过第一凸环与滑条之间的相互配合,使第一齿轮停止旋转,从而阻碍了绳索的继续下滑,提高了安全性能。
