The invention discloses an elevator control method and device, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium, and belongs to the field of artificial intelligence. The method comprises the following steps: when a voice instruction is received, obtaining at least one voice recognition result of the voice instruction; and under the condition that the elevator calling information exists in the voice recognition result and the current response state is not matched with the elevator calling information, an elevator is controlled to respond to the elevator calling information. According to the method and the device, repeated elevator control operation can be avoided, and unnecessary resource waste is avoided.
