The stability augmentation piece is arranged, the main shaft rod and the auxiliary shaft rod which are distributed in the circumferential direction are movably installed in the stability augmentation piece, the bases are movably connected to the top ends of the main shaft rod and the auxiliary shaft rod, a plurality of nuts installed at the top end of the stability augmentation piece are used for restraining screw rods at the bottoms of the bases, and a transverse shaft is combined with meshing transmission of a fluted disc at the bottom end of the main shaft rod; when the whole stability augmentation piece is in a rising state, hexagon socket head cap screws placed in the multiple bases can be synchronously pressurized and delivered into holes reserved in the outer ends of the rotors, meanwhile, the main shaft rod can drive the chain and the three auxiliary shaft rods to synchronously rotate in combination with rotation of the transverse shaft, and therefore stability augmentation is achieved. And the plurality of bases and the inner hexagonal screws in the bases are enabled to be tightened with uniform force towards the bottom end of the motor, so that the rapid installation of the motor at the outer end of the rotor wing can be effectively ensured.
