The invention provides a ship fixed-frequency pump cooling system and a control method thereof, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the system comprises a cooling pipeline which is provided with a water diversion port and a water outlet; the heat exchange equipment is arranged on the cooling pipeline; the fixed-frequency pump and the flow meter are arranged in the cooling pipeline and used for adjusting and detecting the actual flow of the cooling water; and the control subsystem is electrically connected with the fixed-frequency pump and the flow meter. According to the ship fixed-frequency pump cooling system, the fixed-frequency pump is arranged in the cooling pipeline to control the actual flow of the cooling water, the control subsystem is used for comparing the flow requirement and the actual flow of the cooling water, and under the condition that the actual flow is larger than or equal to the flow requirement, the rotating speed of the fixed-frequency pump is controlled to be reduced on the basis of the current rotating speed; and under the condition that the actual flow is smaller than the flow requirement, the rotating speed of the fixed-frequency pump is controlled to be reduced on the basis of the highest rotating speed, so that the fixed-frequency pump can meet the overall cooling requirement of the ship heat source equipment and can operate at low power to give consideration to the energy-saving target.
本发明提供一种船舶定频泵冷却系统及其控制方法、电子设备和存储介质,包括:冷却管道,设有引水口和出水口;热交换设备,设置在冷却管道上;定频泵和流量计,均设置在冷却管道中,用于调整和检测冷却水的实际流量;控制子系统,与定频泵和流量计电性连接。本发明提供的船舶定频泵冷却系统,通过在冷却管道中设置定频泵控制冷却水的实际流量,利用控制子系统比较冷却水的流量需求和实际流量,在实际流量≥流量需求的情形下,以当前转速的基础上控制降低定频泵的转速;而在实际流量<流量需求的情形下,以最高转速的基础上控制降低定频泵的转速,使得定频泵既能满足船舶热源设备的总体冷却需求,又能以较低的功率运行以兼顾节能目标。
