The invention discloses a charging conversion device for a power supply battery of a new energy automobile and a using method thereof.The charging conversion device comprises a charging conversion device body, a base is assembled at the bottom of the charging conversion device body, and a heat dissipation frame is arranged on one side of the charging conversion device body; the charging conversion equipment comprises a charging conversion equipment main body, the charging conversion equipment main body is provided with a heat dissipation frame, the inner wall of the charging conversion equipment main body at the heat dissipation frame is provided with a heat dissipation assembly, the surface of the charging conversion equipment main body is provided with a display screen, a control panel is installed below the display screen, one side of the charging conversion equipment main body is provided with a limiting frame, and the limiting frame is provided with a charging gun. According to the charging conversion equipment, the assembling structure of the charging conversion equipment main body is optimized, the current and voltage detection units are additionally arranged on the main board for controlling the storage battery and the charging gun, current and voltage data in single discharging work are detected in the discharging process of the charging gun, the overall work stability can be effectively guaranteed, and frequent maintenance is not needed.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车的供电电池充电转换设备及其使用方法,包括充电转换设备主体,所述充电转换设备主体的底部装配有底座,所述充电转换设备主体的一侧开设有散热架,且所述充电转换设备主体在散热架处的内壁上安装有散热组件,所述充电转换设备主体的表面装配有显示屏,且显示屏的下方安装有控制面板,所述充电转换设备主体的一侧安装有限位架,所述限位架上装配有充电枪。本发明通过对充电转换设备主体的装配结构进行优化,在控制蓄电池和充电枪的主板上增设电流、电压检测单元,在充电枪放电过程中,对单次放电工作中的电流、电压数据进行检测,能够有效保障整体工作的稳定性,且无需频繁维护。
