The invention discloses an electric automobile heat management loop system and a control method thereof. The system comprises a compressor, an air conditioning box assembly, an external heat exchanger and an integrated module. The air conditioning box assembly comprises an in-vehicle evaporator and an in-vehicle condenser, and the integrated module comprises a plurality of refrigerant connectors. The in-vehicle condenser comprises two refrigerant inlets and a refrigerant outlet. The integrated module is connected with the compressor, the exterior heat exchanger and the air conditioner box assembly. The integrated module is connected with the in-vehicle evaporator through the first refrigerant connector, connected with a refrigerant outlet of the in-vehicle condenser through the second refrigerant connector, connected with the first end of the out-vehicle heat exchanger through the third refrigerant connector, connected with the second end of the out-vehicle heat exchanger through the fourth refrigerant connector and connected with an inlet of the compressor through the fifth refrigerant connector. An outlet of the compressor is connected with the second end of the out-vehicle heat exchanger and the in-vehicle condenser, and the in-vehicle evaporator is connected with a fifth refrigerant connector of the integrated module and an inlet of the compressor. Efficient thermal management of the whole vehicle is achieved.

    一种电动汽车热管理回路系统及其控制方法,该系统包括压缩机、空调箱总成、车外换热器、集成模块。空调箱总成包括车内蒸发器和车内冷凝器,集成模块包括多个制冷剂接口。车内冷凝器包括两个制冷剂进口和一个制冷剂出口。集成模块分别连接压缩机、车外换热器和空调箱总成。集成模块通过第一制冷剂接口连接车内蒸发器,通过第二制冷剂接口连接车内冷凝器的制冷剂出口,通过第三制冷剂接口连接车外换热器的第一端,通过第四制冷剂接口连接车外换热器的第二端,通过第五制冷剂接口连接压缩机的入口。压缩机的出口连接车外换热器的第二端和车内冷凝器,车内蒸发器连接集成模块的第五制冷剂接口和压缩机的入口。本发明实现了整车高效热管理。
