本发明涉及一种用于自密封安全轮胎的高性能复合胶条,包括自密封材料层和设于自密封材料层上侧的弹性膜,自密封材料层包括自密封填充材料和包裹于自密封填充材料内近弹性膜一侧的托片层,托片层由多个碗状的托片组成,托片的凹面朝向远离弹性膜一侧;每个托片与相邻的托片之间连接,且连接处为易断开的薄弱点;自密封胶条本体用于铺设在轮胎内侧以起到轮胎自密封效果;本发明的托片在锐部刺入时的,锐部进入或滑入到托片的凹陷中,托片承载锐部,并使锐部将托片顶起,促使周边的自密封填充材料向锐部靠拢形成密封,本发明的胶条无需喷胶,对轮胎内部进行处理后贴上胶条即可,生产成本低,另外,胶条可更换,有利于延长自密封轮胎的使用寿命。
