The invention relates to the technical field of traffic safety, and discloses a logistic model-based highway transition area serious conflict identification method, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring continuous track data of vehicle driving to obtain real-time data of a vehicle, setting independent variables, performing discretization processing by using a K-means clustering method, acquiring a discrete value of each independent variable, defining a dummy variable, and performing identification on the real-time data of the vehicle; fitting is carried out through a logistic model, a regression coefficient is obtained, the probability of occurrence of serious conflict events is obtained, then a K-means clustering method is adopted to classify the average speed and the accelerated speed, clustering combinations of different intervals are formed, the probability of occurrence of the serious conflict events corresponding to the clustering combinations is calculated, and if the probability is larger than a preset serious conflict threshold value, the serious conflict event corresponding to the clustering combinations is determined. Therefore, the vehicles have serious conflicts in the cluster combination of the transition area. According to the highway conversion area serious conflict identification method based on the logistic model, the influence degree of multiple factors on the vehicle serious conflict is analyzed so as to identify the serious conflict of the highway conversion area, and the traffic safety and efficiency of the conversion area are improved.

    本发明涉及交通安全技术领域,公开了一种基于logistic模型的高速公路转换区严重冲突识别方法,获取车辆行驶的连续轨迹数据得到车辆的实时数据,设置自变量,运用K‑means聚类法进行离散化处理,获取每个自变量的离散取值,定义哑变量,再通过logistic模型,进行拟合,得到回归系数,取得发生严重冲突事件的概率,然后采用K‑means聚类法对平均速度和加速度进行分类,形成不同区间的聚类组合,计算聚类组合相应发生严重冲突事件的概率,若大于预设的严重冲突阈值,即说明车辆在转换区的该聚类组合存在严重冲突。本发明一中基于logistic模型的高速公路转换区严重冲突识别方法,分析多因素对车辆严重冲突的影响程度,以识别高速公路转换区的严重冲突,提高转换区交通的安全和效率。
