The invention relates to a storage and transportation system and method for hydrogen and oxygen produced by offshore wind power, and the system comprises an offshore comprehensive treatment platform which comprises an electrolysis device, a liquefaction device and an input and output device which are connected in sequence; the offshore wind power generation device is connected with the electrolysis device through a submarine cable; and the hydrogen storage tank and the oxygen storage tank are respectively connected with the input and output device through pipelines. The electric energy generated by the offshore wind turbine is directly collected to the nearby offshore seawater electrolytic hydrogen production platform, and the unstable electric energy is converted into stable hydrogen and oxygen, so that the technical problem of current conversion and voltage stabilization of the unstable electric energy is solved, and the length of a submarine cable can be reduced.
本发明涉及一种海上风电制氢气和氧气的储存、运输系统及方法,系统包括:海上综合处理平台,包括依次连接的电解装置、液化装置和输入输出装置;海上风力发电装置,所述海上风力发电装置通过海底电缆与所述电解装置连接;氢气储罐和氧气储罐,二者分别通过管道与所述输入输出装置连接。该直接将海上风机发出的电能汇集到就近的海上海水电解制氢平台,将不稳定的电能转化为稳定的氢气和氧气,既解决了不稳定电能换流稳压的技术难题,又可以减少海底电缆的长度。
