The invention provides a single-cylinder multi-section-arm telescopic mechanism, a cargo boom and a crane, and relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, the single-cylinder multi-section-arm telescopic mechanism comprises a third extension rope, a third contraction rope, a telescopic cylinder, a first section arm, a second section arm and a third section arm, the second section arm and the third section arm are sequentially connected in the first section arm in a sleeved mode, and the fixed end of the telescopic mechanism is connected with the first section arm; a first steering structure is arranged at the movable end of the telescopic mechanism, the second knuckle arm is connected with the movable end of the telescopic mechanism and further provided with a second steering structure, one end of the third extension rope is connected with the first knuckle arm, and the other end of the third extension rope is connected with the third knuckle arm after bypassing the top of the first steering structure. One end of the third contraction rope is connected with the first knuckle arm, and the other end of the third contraction rope bypasses the bottom of the second steering structure and then is connected with the third knuckle arm. Single-cylinder synchronous contraction of the multiple knuckle arms is achieved, the relative contraction amount of every two adjacent knuckle arms is consistent, and the operation efficiency is improved.
