The invention discloses an agglomerate fog monitoring and early warning method, which comprises the following steps of: 1, collecting and sorting data from an agglomerate fog generation place, querying and looking up the data in a field investigation database, and proposing a problem to determine a research target; 2, providing a research design method based on a laser radar detection technology theory; and step 3, for agglomerate fog monitoring and early warning, inducing overall analysis of an early warning system, specifically comprising: S1, feature influence of fog along the highway and agglomerate fog; s2, a laser radar road meteorological monitoring early warning instrument technology; and S3, designing a road agglomerate fog monitoring and early warning induction system. Comprising the following steps: analyzing formation causes and characteristics of agglomerate fog and the influence of the agglomerate fog on expressway driving safety; through the research of the project, the agglomerate fog monitoring and early warning induction system can accurately position the agglomerate fog position; the visibility in the agglomerate fog is remotely monitored; agglomerate fog is early warned in advance, so that the early warning distance and the early warning time are greatly improved; long-optical-path horizontal visibility measurement and full-optical-path sampling are achieved, and non-uniform fog measurement is more accurate.
